Woods Watch Company™ ships to North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. All orders include FREE international shipping.
With all of our watches being hand-made to order, orders will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Some countries however, experience longer delivery periods. A product is not considered late until 45 days, and if delivery exceeds this threshold you will receive a full refund for your order as well as be able to keep your order once it arrives.
+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We offer a 12 month manufacturer warranty which covers all internal defects, including any mechanical components that cause the watch to stop functioning properly.
At Woods Watch Company™, our customer’s satisfaction is top priority. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. You have 20 days to return a product from the date of purchase, as long as it is in the original state and with the original label intact. Return postage is not included.
Given the natural characteristics of the wood, the inconsistencies in the material may cause one of the bracelet links to crack, in which case we will provide spare links for replacement.

Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if the order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to assist with editing or canceling your order.
Unfortunately, if we have already processed the order, we will not be able to change or cancel.
